What kind of brunch person are you?
Brunch is a deeply personal ritual. Some lean savory. Others prefer to reach for something sweet first thing. And others…

For a business that began with a family recipe in Omodos almost 90 years ago, Fotini Bakery House has come a long way. Now, there’s a new place to find the family’s story, products, and latest offerings: their new website, www.arkatenafotini.com.
With the debut of its new website, Fotini Bakery House has become even more accessible. The reservations portal allows you to book a workshop or a table for brunch, while the dedicated e-shop offers all their beloved products, from arkatena and rusks to marmalades and spoon sweets, for home delivery across the island.
The story behind it is very much a family one. The tradition began with great-grandmother Eleni in 1935, passed down to grandmother Fotini and then to mother Stavroula. Every generation grew up around the bakery, learning the long process behind making real arkatena. Today, thanks to Stavroula’s two sons, the business has expanded beyond Omodos.
The new website of Fotini Bakery House is a small digital step for a business that has spent generations keeping a family tradition alive, one batch at a time.
