1. Introduction

Welcome to TriPy (“we”, “our”, “us”). TriPy is a digital business directory mobile web platform designed to help users discover local businesses across the countryside of Cyprus. The platform provides information about food, drinks, activities, attractions, and places to visit in Cyprus villages, acting as a bridge between local businesses and end users seeking to explore authentic local experiences.

By accessing or using TriPy through any device, including mobile browsers or by visiting https://tripy.com.cy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

TriPy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree to use the platform only in a lawful manner and not to:

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activity 
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform’s operation 
  • Copy, modify, or redistribute content without permission 
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any business or person 

3. Business Listings and Information

TriPy provides listings of local businesses for informational and discovery purposes only. All information is provided directly by the business owners, including menus, contact details, opening hours, and other business information. We maintain regular communication with our partners and update listings whenever changes are reported. 

However, we always recommend contacting the business directly before visiting or making a reservation and we do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of business information 
  • Availability of products, services, or opening hours 
  • Quality of services provided by listed businesses 

Businesses may update, change, or remove their information at any time without notice.

Users are encouraged to verify details directly with the relevant business before making plans or reservations.

4. Third-Party Businesses

TriPy acts solely as a discovery platform and does not own, operate, or control listed businesses.

Any interaction, booking, purchase, or agreement made between a user and a business is strictly between those two parties. TriPy is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from such interactions.

5. User Responsibilities

When using TriPy, you agree that you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws 
  • Evaluating the accuracy of any information before relying on it 
  • Using the platform in a respectful and appropriate manner 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TriPy, including but not limited to design, branding, logos, text, images, and platform structure, is owned by TriPy or licensed to TriPy.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriPy shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, or incidental damages 
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities 
  • Issues arising from reliance on third-party business information 
  • User interactions with listed businesses 

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Platform Availability

We aim to keep TriPy accessible and functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the platform without notice for maintenance or improvements.

9. Changes to Terms

TriPy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
