A new chapter in Arsos
What began as a difficult new chapter in Ms. Elena’s life grew into a place filled with flavors, traditions, and memorie…

Are you getting tired of the same old brunch fare? Maybe it’s time to look past the pancake stacks and discover something a little different. At ‘To Stafyli Allos Pos kai Oxi Mono’ in Arsos, the brunch is a true Cypriot affair. It is served buffet-style in the village square under the vine, with a table full of traditional food that feels much closer to a family breakfast than the usual brunch menu.
This is largely because much of this menu is made lovingly and from scratch by Mrs Elena and her family, all of whom share the same passion for preserving and sharing Cypriot traditions. The abundant buffet includes fresh anari as well as warm anari swimming in hot whey, boiled eggs, ‘krasato’ (wine) sausage and lountza, as well as local cheeses, homemade jams, seasonal fruit such as cucumber and tomatoes, olives and fresh arkateno homemade bread. There’s also epsima (local Cypriot syrop made from grape) and soushoukos with both walnuts and almonds, made by the family themselves, and plenty of fresh, local ingredients throughout. This is all about a Cypriot breakfast in buffet style, in a way like locals use to enjoy it every Sunday morning with their families!
This is very much in keeping with what ‘To Stafyli Allos Pos kai Oxi Mono’ has always been about. Founded by Mrs Elena in 2017, the family-run business grew from a love of the traditional grape products and food of the area.
The Cypriot brunch in buffet is available everyday and during the weekends, by reservation only two days in advance, making sure that everything is served freshly.
