Palouze Festival in Vouni

Celebrate Vouni’s grape-growing traditions at the Palouze Festival in the village’s Museum Square, held under the auspices of the President of the Cypriot House of Representatives, Ms. Annita Dimitriou.  

Watch and participate in traditional activities such as palouze-making, zivania distillation, and grape stomping as well as other workshops, while enjoying a cultural program featuring the Psimolofou Folklore Group and Cypriot ‘tsiatista’ by the Etous Pale group. 

The event is organized by the Vouni Community Council, the Vouni Emigrants Association, and the Vouni Womens Group.

The entrance to the festival is free.
