Ta Filagra

In the Filagra area which is close to Kato Amiantos, Ta Filagra is a family-run restaurant where traditional cooking remains at the center of everything. Large windows look onto the surrounding mountain greenery, while a fireplace lined with family photographs and icons gives the dining room a cozy, lived-in feel. Mrs. Antonia oversees the homemade ‘mageirefta’ dishes that are at the heart of the menu. One of the restaurant’s most distinctive traditions is its hydro-powered ‘foukou,’ used to prepared weekend souvla in the traditional way. With extensive indoor and outdoor spaces, the restaurant regularly hosts weddings, celebrations and large private events, all while maintaining the warmth of a family gathering spot.
